The large daisy-like golden yellow flowers have a black-brown center disk and bloom from mid-summer into fall and can experience another bloom if deadheaded. Flowers best in full sun and rich well-drained soils with consistent moisture. Drought tolerant once established. American Gold Rush is resistant to leaf spot.
