The Story

Big, beefy, ruffled, deep green leaves are borne on thick red stems that signature Rhubarb flavor. Unharvested plants form a large showy, spreading mound that are as attractive as its stems are tasty!

Shrub Features:

Flower: It does flower, with stalks that can grow up to 6 ft tall and produce small, greenish-white to red flowers

Mature Height: 20-24 inches
Mature Spread: 30-36 inches
Harvest: Late Spring, Early Summer

Pollination: Open-pollinated variety, meaning it can be grown from seed and will produce offspring similar to the parent, but it readily cross-pollinates with other rhubarb types
