Opening Act Ultrapink Phlox is a vigorous dwarf evergreen perennial with upright stems and dark green awl-shaped foliage.  Fragrant fluorescent rose pink flowers bloom throughout summer attracting butterflies.  Best flowering in full sun and rich, moist, well-drained soils.  Powdery mildew and disease resistant.
