The Story

Sapphire Cascade Blueberry is a petite deciduous shrub with a compact, container-friendly size and edible fruits.  The small rich green foliage turns dark red in fall.  Its clusters of white flowers turn into a strong yield of small dark blue berries with a sweet classic blueberry taste in mid summer to fall.  Grows best with full sun and rich, moist acidic well-drained soils. Sapphire Cascade is a self pollinating cultivar and has a low chill requirement of only 450 hours.
