Columbine, Earlybird™ Yellow Columbine

Earlybird Yellow Columbine is a petite native wildflower perennial that forms a delicate upward mound of fern-like foliage.  Distinctive large outward facing flowers with soft yellow petals and spurs bloom from late spring through summer attracting hummingbirds.  Flowers best in filtered sun and rich well-drained soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance.  Leaf miner can be a serious pest with many aquileia species and hybrids.  Freely self seeds.  Keep soils uniformly moist after bloom to prolong foliage appearance.
